4 When should I pay?
All payment must be made prior to the Event before your registration can be confirmed.
5 How do I pay?
We accept payment by:
a) Cheque (made payable to 'Frost & Sullivan (S) Pte Ltd')
OR
b) Telegraphic transfer (TT) to the following account:

6 Are there any discounts for the event?

7 What happens if I have to cancel my attendance?
If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the summit for which you are registered, and notify Frost & Sullivan in writing more than 3 weeks prior to the event start date, a one-time credit will be issued for use toward registration at any other Frost & Sullivan summit. The credit must be used within 90 days of the original registration date and can be applied to any summit event scheduled up to one calendar year from the event for which you originally registered. Credits may not be transferred more than once, and all unused credit(s) will be forfeited after 90 days.
Cancellation within 21 days prior to the event will incur a one time fee of USD500. The remaining balance can be applied to any summit up to one calendar from the event for which you originally registered. Notification must be received by Frost & Sullivan in writing. If you do not attend the event and fail to notify Frost & Sullivan PRIOR to the event, no credit will be issued.
8 What is the dress code?
The dress code for all Frost & Sullivan events is business/casual.
9 When will I receive my delegate pass?
Delegate passes will be issued at the reception desk on the day of the Summit.
10 Which meals are included in the registration fees?
Refreshments will be served at regular intervals during the Summit. The registration fee includes 2 refreshment and a buffet lunch on full Summit days. Please let us know of any special dietary requirements in advance.
11 How do I make room reservations at the event venue?

12 How can I download the presentation slides?
