• 1x of 13 amp power point is included. Any additional A/V and/or power points will require your credit card authorization. Please bring with you an extension cord if you require multiple sockets.

• Please liaise with the Events Team on layout and on any other bulky items to be displayed onsite as there may be space constraints and set-up restriction.
  
• All setup up must be removed and cleared from level 2 lobby. Transportation and courier services are not included in your sponsorship package.

For collateral like company brochure, premium items for your product display items. Please deliver to the address indicated above by Monday, 1 August 2011 before 4:00pm (Singapore Time).

NOTE:
Please use the label below on your parcels if enclosed items. Should you be sending any items to the event venue a few days in advanced, please be sure to inform Events Team (Frost&Sullivan) so that the venue can be pre-empted. Otherwise, there is a high risk of parcels being misplaced. For overseas parcel, please make all necessary custom clearance with your respective courier company before sending the items to the event venue.
